Workspace Folder Location?

Does anyone know where the workspace files are saved on Mac OSX?  I want to share one of my workspaces with another pastor, and I can't seem to find the folder.  I am using Yosemite. (If you have an easier way to do it, I'd love to know!)

Workspace/Layout files are not meant to be transferred manually (nor is it easy). It would be better to send a screenshot of your layout with some explanation.
