Allow highlight text and images to be placed on "First Line"

Re Logos 6: It would be nice to have the option to create a highlight image that only appears on or before the first selected text character.
You do have an option to put a label at the beginning of the selection, but when I tried it I got a mess. It repeated the label 3 or 4 times and graphically messed all but the first one up.
