[resolved] Update now not working (6.2 beta 4)

Since 6.2 beta 4, update now has not worked for me. I have been on the beta channel, and then today switched over to the stable channel, and neither update. As well, I have purchased a couple of books, and they don't download. I have tried restarting the computer, that for the rest seems to be working perfectly.

Looking at the logs, I see this:

I'm not completely sure if it's the issue, but I'd try the steps at https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/firewall#BITS and let me know if that helps!

Thanks for the quick reply, Dylan. Yes, that fixed it. My Bits service had become "clogged" with a bunch of jobs from another program, and clearing the queue fixed the problem. Am downloading updates now. Thanks!
