When I try to open Logos on my PC, all I get is the small box that says, "Preparing Your Library...this may take a while." I've given this several hours, but it just continues to "prepare." Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums I hope we can get something sorted out for you.
Are you new to Logos?
Have you had the program running previously or is this a new installation.
In order for the techs to help you in the forum you will need to post some logs.
There are links in my signature panel that you can follow for instructions - in this case a 'Sample' may be what is needed.
Be aware that it does take a while for sometimes several hours or more depending on the size of you library and computer specs.
