Why shipped Now with Nothing?

- The web-app is no different then biblia site or bible.faithlife.
- Those who jumped in now will lose the "first free month", when those who will jump later will benefit the first 6-week update.
- Yes, I'm aware that there's 4+ new tools (3.7mb) that downloaded into my L6. But other than that, I don't see anything, unless Logos just wanted to see the respond of the community first?
- Why Faithlife shipped something that you don't even know? like perks, connection with L7, planned tools?
- When compared to service like Netflix, Amazon, Google Music, etc.. their first month was their best impression, it got everyone talking! But first month for Logos Now is kinda don't have a strong launch.

Not quite clear, then on what you mean by 'Nothing'??
I agree that we would all like all the details. For now the wise option for those who are uncertain would be a monthly subscription or to wait this out awhile.
For one, I am pretty impressed with what Faithlife has released so soon after it finished with Logos 6. They aren't offering one new tool, but five (or more, depending on what you count).

What I mean by nothing is that the launch was so soft, almost like nothing was in there. I believe first impression is everything when launching a product.

I guess I don't see Logos Now as a major product release but more of an additional purchasing option, so I didn't expect anything to be a big deal except user reaction - which has met my expectations.

Again, I see five new tools. If they held off on the web app and never said anything about other perks would that have made the launch more solid for you?
I'm not trying to defend Faithlife, just trying to be fair.

To be fair, those of us who went ahead and jumped onboard didn't have to. We also knew exactly what was included before hitting sign up. If we aren't happy with it (though I am happy) we have nobody to blame but ourselves and certainly not Faithlife.

I am hoping the one month free trial will be permanent for new subscribers. So an individual may choose to use the one month free trial in December when the product is more advanced and see what is available and then starting paying at the end of the trial period.
