Faithlife not displaying properly on Mac

Hi,

I can't seem to get Fathlife.com to display properly on my Macbook Pro. I have tried with both Safari and Chrome, and the left pane with the groups and commands etc.displays briefly as the page loads and then disappears with posts taking up the full width of the screen, there are other parts of the page appearing in strange places at the right, partially over other text from posts.

Does anyone have any idea if I need to alter browser settings, or if it is just incompatible on a Mac. I would like to make more use of Faithlife, but it is not useable the way it is currently displaying on my Macbook.

I appreciate any advice anyone can give.

Blessings

Duncan

    Hi Duncan,

Sorry for the trouble, that is definitely not supposed to be happening! It sounds like your computer is having a hard time loading some of the server resources, possibly because of a firewall. You also may have a third party browser extension installed that is interfering with the site - opening a new private browsing or incognito window may work around the issue. Can you try loading the site from another computer and see if you have similar issues?
