Is there a reason for the delay - I'm not that bothered - but it does look odd looking "forward to the past"

Or should I say "Back to the Future"

    Hi Kevin,

I think there is an issue with the orders page information.  I've noticed it myself when something appear there longer than it normally would.

Having said that, the three resource you see there past due are really in production.  They shipped already.  You may want to verify in your library.  I have them in mine.

If you find they are not in your library you can call Customer Service and request they be processed manually.

I had this happen when I had a pre-pub order that I eventually got through a L6 base package, so the pre-pub never went through on my account, because I already had it, and it just stayed in my list of pre-pub orders.  Make sure it is not already in your library.

Same here as Joseph, I already had these titles as part of my L6 base package and so they were in my library already.  In the past Logos has cleaned these up automatically but with this last few they have not for unkown reason.  Go to the product page and you can see if the product is listed as part of the base package you own, if it is, check your library that it has downloaded, if green lights on both then you have a little bit extra money because you now don't have to pay for these resources.

    ... got through a L6 base package.

That was it - how could have missed that - learn something new even day. Even if it doesn't help prepare the sermon!
