Thanks in advance!

    if you're joking

And if you ARE, what did I miss?

Just joking. Listing so many of the references leaves a slim chance one was truly missed.

You missed all the negative ones.  All these are just make us feel good promises.

Good point. I think that is an inherent flaw of the resource.

Have you seen Herbert Locker "All the Promises of the Bible"?

He has an extensive All series-  All the Women of the Bible, All the Men of the Bible, ect.

I think he has at least 17 or more volumes.

  • You missed one.

Not sure if you're joking or not, but if not, what did I miss?

Screen shot in earlier reply => https://community.logos.com/forums/p/103529/716044.aspx#716044 shows Salvation references which are after Universal Promises [;)]

Also found many articles in Library by searching Heading Text, Large Text for:

    (Bible,God) WITHIN 7 WORDS (Promise,Covenant)

Here's one I'll bet isn't included.  "He who shuts his ear to the cry of the poor will also cry himself and not be answered. (Proverbs 21:13)

    It shouldn't.

        b. Something promised.

I guess that if it isn't a promise it is a curse ...
