How do I unlock something I just purchased online?

I just purchased a book online but there was an unlocking error so I can't download it. Is there any way to fix this from my end without waiting 'til Monday to call customer service? I'm using Libronix 1.0 for Mac.

    I'm afraid not, but you might try an email. Someone may be there over the weekend.

    Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files | Install

    I believe you need to open L for Mac 1.2, synchronize licenses, download the resource and it should be unlocked.  If you tried this process and are experiencing an error along the way, then you probably need tech support. You could try again in the event it is an internet or server error.
