BUG: Note Document List

I don't know if this has been reported, but I know it has been discussed. It "bugged" me again today, hence the bug report.

As you can see, the resource shown below has 7 note documents tied to it... Unfortunately, there is really only 1. Nearly ALL of my notes are in "resource specific" note document. The only note document with highlights or other notes related to this resource is the one named after this resource... so why list 6 others?

Have you done searches on the highlights of the other note files to prove there are no entries? A screen shot or two verifying this would be helpful.

Do you mean look at quotes view / full view or something else? I did find one note document which was "right," (untitled 2 was a "junk" document I created to help test something for a Logos employee.)

Nearly ALL of my note documents are "resource specific," but I did create some thematic ones a long time ago. If I start preaching again regularly, I could see adding that back to my "normal" practice. In any case, here is a screen shot of one of the "extra" note documents. There is only ONE note in the document, and it has nothing to do with said resource:

Here is another screen shot, where I search the resource in question for "Luke" in case for some strange reason the note document was included due to the content of the note shown above... 

There is no match for "Luke 22". (The footnote is a bibliographic reference to someone named Luke)

I wasn't able to replicate the behavior you're experiencing. Here is how I attempted to replicate the behavior and you can tell me if I missed something or not. 

1. Created new blank Note document.
2. Opened two commentaries on 1 Peter with verse milestones.
3. Attached a few notes to selections in one book.(LLS:TWOHOR81PE1)
4. Restarted the program.
5. Opened the books again and the other commentary on 1 Peter didn't have the Note document as an option in the VF menu. (LLS:FOBC81PE1)

What resources did you attach your notes to you that are appearing elsewhere that shouldn't be?
