[resolved] Logos 6 Download Problem
My Logos 6 software has been saying for several days "Downloading 99.8 MB of updates." However the download counter never moves above 0%. I have searched the forum but have not found a similar problem. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction. The computer is an Asus T100 with 32 Gig (7.8 Gig free) and a 64 Gig card (42 Gig free) which my Logos files are stored on. I have never had a problem running Logos on this computer before this problem showed up.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
I would try restarting the computer and see if that triggers the download
If not, please enable diagnostic logging, start Logos, shut it down after a while and post logs. Details at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem

Thanks for the tip. I freed up some drive space (now 10G free) and restarted the computer. Everything seems to be working now.

I should have mentioned that earlier - ideally its best to have about 20GB available (depending on library size) if possible
