Managing Kindle Resources

When managing mobile device resources from my Logos Windows application, if I go to the Library, and then to the Resource Information page, it appears that I should be able to select which mobile devices to have my resource(s) downloaded to.

The help button indicates that restarting the mobile app will begin the download process. However, that doesn't seem to be happening. Can someone help me see what I'm missing? Thank you!

    Lew:

Make sure you're signed in to the app. It obvious, yes, but we've all missed obvious before.

Maybe the download happened in such a way that you didn't notice it, such as with a very fast net connection that the download notice didn't stay long on the Home page. Did you check the resource information to see that there's a Remove button, instead of a Download button? (Another "obvious" one, so many pardons if you've already tried.)

    Hey Robert,

Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, I'm logged into it. Also, the resources I want to download still are not there. Having said that, it's possible that the downloads have not finished, but my Internet speed is pretty good and there has been no indication that anything at all has downloaded. If I select a single resource from within the Kindle app, even a large one, it'll download in a few seconds.
