Can only read books when connected
Hi everyone,
So, I downloaded a Bible and a few other books on the Logos on my iPad. However, when I am not connected to WiFi, I am not able to access these downloaded resources.
Does anyone know what might be going on?
Thanks,
Mike

When users complain about this, it is normally one of two things:
- The user is trying to access a book they don't actually own.
- The installation has become corrupt.
If you have tried killing the app and performing a full restart of the device with no luck, you might need to delete and reinstall the app. What version of the app are you running? What device? There have been a few bugs over the years which cause similar symptoms, but I don't believe there are any current ones.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. The resources I'm trying to access are ones I do own, so maybe the issue is #2.I'm using version 4.5.1 and am on a second generation iPad mini.
Thanks again.

Mike, your logs indicate that you are running version 4.6 of the apps (just released today). Can you please send a screenshot what the Library looks like when you're offline? Also, please open the resource that has the white screen (with just the book title showing) and then open Settings - is Bible Text Only turned on?

Thanks,
I just sent the screen shot. Well, actually two, I misunderstood and sent a screenshot of the blank resource page first, then followed it up by a screenshot of my library.
I don't see anything that says Bible Text Only is turned on.
Thanks.
