I created visual filters through Documents, but they do not appear under the Visual filters (three dots icon) menu on the open biblical texts. Any help? I really miss my verb tense and mood markups on the original languages.
Chelsey, I also posted this in the CRC Pastors group in FaceBook.
Make sure you have the right NA27 open. There are two of them in my library. One is listed as the "Gramcord" version and the other just as the NA27. Make sure you have the right one open for the visual filters to show.
the edition with "Gramcord" in the title is not in my library.
Does that mean I LOST resources in the crossgrade?
It doesnt have Gramcord in its title. There are at least two NA 27 with Gramcord morphology in Logos, one the apparatus version, being titled "Nestle-Aland Novum Testamentum Graece Editio XXVII", the other called "Nestle-Aland Greek New Testament 27th Edition" - check this Reading list for unlocked editions or do a search for a Greek lemma in Gramcord morphology, such as a bible search in Greek bibles for ([field bible, content] <Lemma = lls/el/καί>)

That shouldn't happen. I think the Grammcord version is very old.
The next thing to look at is the visual filter itself. Did this work in Logos 5? Did you make any changes?
If the answer to the first question is "Yes" and the second is "No" then can you post a screen shot here of the filter, including the syntax you're using to mark up the text.
When I click on the icon for visual filters in the opened edition of NA27 I have, these are my options. I've clicked on all of them to see if submenus appear but to no avail.
I searched this list and the one with Gramcord in the name is locked. Under the info for the NA 27 I have, it says that a full morphology is included.
If you move the mouse cursor to the right side of that drop-down list, does a scroll bar appear?
Also, can you tell us if these filters worked before upgrading to L6?
Then a screen shot, or cut/paste of the filter you're using would be helpful.
No scroll bar visible in the Visual Filters menu. Here is the visual filter I created (completely fresh- I'm also going to need to figure out how to delete old ones that were made out of my frustration.
Try changing the search parameters to something simpler.
I have my filter set up to search "All Text" in "All Resources." Though I don't have your particular queries in my list, I do have @V??M (Imperatives).
all texts isn't one of my options.
And now, the scroll bar has appeared in the visual filters, but the only new options are notes and reading plans.

Ah. Forgot something. Set the upper right search to "Basic" instead of "Morph" and see what happens. (It's not clear on your image, but it looks like you don't have "Basic" checked as the type of search.)
Your filter works for me, but I see "All passages", not "Entire Bible" (and that's not one of the GRAMCORD morphed NA 27)
I really appreciate the help, but it doesn't seem to be working/I can't recreate what you guys are doing. I'm throwing the towel for tonight and going out for poutine.

I can recreate the display of "Entire Bible" and the long title you showed.
It could be that the index of your bible got broken - if I were you, I'd try the command reindex Logosna27 from the command box in the top middle.
(just in case: the bible's support info for me is:

Please respond, Chelsey
I haven't had the time to spend trying to figure out what's happening. So this morning I returned to it, and FINALLY, visual filters has appeared as something I can do to the NA 27 resource- tried it out and it works.
However, It's not an option on my BHS.
Are you certain you have Visual Filter documents for that resource?
I just created one to shade blue all Qal verbs in Ex 12 (whatever Qual verbs may be) and it works.
It is supposed to be, according to the information about it.I tried to duplicate your filter but without the specific passge. No change in my circumstances.
Do you now see the filter in the VF menu?
I'm wondering if the inavailability of the VF could be just a temporary thing while Logos recalculates display. In fact I restricted to the passage when the full OT filter seemed to do nothing within the first few seconds or so. I now tried with all of OT and put in @Vd, and it took its time to apply the changed filter (during which the filter at least at one point was not visible in the VF menu for me, too).
Some more info about your machine, and the logos.log file would potentially be helpful to diagnose this.
The filters is still not coming up on the drop down VF menu. I've tried the changes you suggest on the filter itself (opened via the documents menu) and no change.
I've got the Logos 6 Extended Crossgrade (GK) running on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.3.All of my filters worked in previous versions of Logos
Here's the info about the BHS:
This is the same I see.
Can you post log files according to http://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging ? Maybe some Mac users spot an issue there. Otherwise, you might call Logos technical support and have someone log in remotely to your machine and find&fix the issue.
Try Morph Search and All Morph Text.
