missing a few books on reinstallation

I have L4 installed on my laptop and netbook computers. I had to reinstall on my laptop and did so from my Scholars Silver DVD. L4 did an update and then indexed. The end result is a library of 1068 books. However on my netbook (and also on my original installation on my laptop) I had 1072 books. As I went through I happened to notice two of them that I am missing. "Living the Spiritfilled Life" and "The Amplified New Testament" are missing from my laptop but are present on my netbook. Both these files are the old .lix files. I tried copying one of these files to the resource directory and then restarting but it did not work. Any ideas?

You can't simply copy into the Logos 4 resource directory. Copy the old .lix files onto a flash drive (or something) and then use the scan command "scan f:\Folderwithbooks" (no quotation marks, adjust drive letter etc.)

Thanks. I also realized that it was the corresponding .lsf files along with the .lix files I needed. I did a scan and it worked.
