From the resource icon menu of a note a user can select "Find (in this panel)" in order to do a simple string search of the current document.
1. The simple string search is very buggy. More often than not, the search results are not accurate. I can't see a pattern as to why certain results are skipped while others aren't. A couple examples: I can see, visually, that several notes have the word faith in them, but when I search, only two show up, the others are missing. Some search strings render no results even though I am looking at notes that contain the search string as I type.
2. Moving past the bugs, may I request a meta-data tag for notes. Currently we can search <bible gen-rev>, {highlight myhighlight}, type:bible-harmony. Could we have either a <note mynote>, {note mynote} or type:note(mynote) syntax. Then, we could search the notes and group the documents.
(On grouping documents: let's say I have sermon documents that I want to search but I don't want to search my bible-study documents or my reading documents. I should be able to filter them similar to how I can now filter the library searches for resources.)
