[ACK] BUG: 6.3 Beta 1: Last updated column shows "Yesterday" when new resources downloaded post midn

I just downloaded 23 new resources that were added to my library a few minutes ago (after midnight in my time zone, which is also after midnight in Bellingham since we're in the same time zone).

However my Last Updated column shows that these were all last updated "Yesterday". The day should be based on my time zone.

I've created a case. We had a case that was supposed to fix the Library columns back in 5.2a, we'll see if/how it regressed.
