downloading new purchases

I just "bought" The Old Testament Library Series: Isaiah and also The Old Testament Library Series: Jeremiah.  I have Logos 4.  I have settings on "automatically download updates" but the books don't download to my library.  I have been away a long time, so I assume this is a small fix.  Would appreciate help.

    What version of Logos 4 are you running? The resources you mentioned do require the latest version (4.6c SR-7); they will not download if you're running an earlier version.

    If you're running an operating system that supports it (Windows 7 or later), I'd strongly recommend updating to Logos 6 (for free): https://www.logos.com/install
