[resolved] BUG: 6.3b1 mac: "Resources Ready to Be Added..Click To Restart" Nothing happens

I've just purchased a few resources and get the "Resources are Ready to Be Added to Library" appear. When clicking on it, nothing happens. Then even when I manually quit the app and restart, the dialog still appears on restart. The thing is, it looks like all purchased resources are in the library so this is an inaccurate dialog.
