[resolved] Bug 6.3 Beta 2 Notification Bar

For testing resource download, changed Automatic download to No using 6.3 Beta 1 followed by manually downloading 6.3 Beta 2 setup. Noticed notification bar after launching 6.3 Beta 2:
Changing Notification to Yes then No caused Bar to disappear:
However, relaunching 6.3 Beta 2 had Notification Bar appear again.

This has been fixed internally and will be available in beta 3.
