[ACK] Focus moves from Home Page to "Resource Page" unexpectedly

This is with Logos 6.3 beta 2 on Windows 8.1 but has been around for a long time - and I think I remember reading a long time ago that it was working by design - but I just wanted to flag this again.

Sometimes Logos switches from the Homepage to the "Resource" page or vice versa when I wouldn't expect it to

Any guidance on why this behaves as it does? Any chance it could be changed?

At least I can confirm for Win 7 that Logos in current beta, but also for some time switches focus from the resource page to a second floating window (where I like to have the library) - or is it to the library that is on a second floating window? At any rate, it's unpredictable and annoying.
