I have just had to replace my Windows 7 laptop with one that runs Win 8.1 - all has gone fairly smoothly so far, except for the following.
I bought the NKJV for 20 dollars and waited for it to be automatically downloaded to my library. However, this did not happen. I have a message on the download bar saying that I have something like 100mb of updates (inc resources) to be downloaded, but the number at the far right of the bar reads 0%. I have typed in the command to Update Resources and the tool comes up and I click on it. However, it never gets any further than updating 12% of all the downloads (inc the NKJV).
So I have updates waiting to be downloaded together with one new resource.
What other way is there of ensuring that all the downloads etc are completed? I never had this problem on Windows 7, but am not sure if the OS has anything to do with the problem.
