Open pre-pub orders has been messed up for awhile
If I go to the Orders page for my Account and look at Open pre pub orders, I see a number of "open" Pre Pub orders that are old, and are in fact not open - I have all the resources from the order. Because these orders are at the top they obscure the real orders.
The first one that is incorrect says "ships Feb 16", it is A Dictionary of Christian Biography, Literature, Sects and Doctrines, 4 volumes, and all 4 volumes are in one resource so I have them all. I believe I have 7 more orders that are incorrect.
Do others see this, and how can I get this fixed so the order page proves to be more useful?
Thanks!

I had this too, they are orders we placed on community pricing, that ended up being added to different logos 6 base packages. They never processed the pre-pub orders since we already had a license for that title. you can just delete them from your orders page.

This has nothing to do with Faithlife Groups or Faithlife.com and should really be on the Logos.com forum. Maybe it will get moved there.
Anyway, this has happened to me before too, and it wasn't with CP titles as I recalled. I called Customer Service and they dealt with it. If you're sure it's titles you won't lose the license to if you delete the order (i.e., they are part of some larger collection you own), then you can solve it that way. But if there's any risk, I'd call Customer Service.

[Y] This happened to me as well. Like Rosie said, double check that you own the license for it and delete it. If you are not sure, then check in the list of resources on your base package page.

Thanks. It sure would be nice if Logos cleaned this up for users. Very sloppy. I don't really think we should be trying to sort out orders and deal with this, IMHO.
