Sorry, I'm not sure what you're reporting here. When I scroll through the resources, the milestones line up with the primary references used in the text, and the hyperlinks have the correct verse mapping. (Also, I don't see that the resource uses LXX references; scroll to Psalm 32 in LLS:PSLMSCHRSNLMNT and it matches Psalm 32 in my English Bibles, though it would be Psalm 31 in LXX.)
Can you be more specific about what you mean by "coded as if they used the same verse mapping" and the "false results" you're seeing?
