[resolved] Reading plans for books not in my Logos library

I have a nice Logos library, but I just saw a book that I need to read that isn't in Logos format.

Can I create a reading plan within Logos 6 to accommodate this external resource? (It's in my Kindle.) It looks like the Custom Reading Plan is for this, but it wasn't clear how I should proceed.
