Generic Profile Photos on Christian Discourse Are Broken

Didn't know where else to post this, so here goes.
Has anyone noticed that on Christian Discourse the generic profile photos are broken? Used to be that if a user didn't upload an image file, the system would use a generic image file. For some days now all that appears for those folks is a broken link or missing image symbol. My theory is that when the new version of Faithlife was rolled out, it somehow broke the generic photos on CD.
