I've recently rebuilt my Windows VM. Is Shibboleth still supported by Faithlife/Logos where I can still download and use it?

Yes, it's still available. It's never been "supported" per se, just provided as is. It was initially made only as an internal tool. There have not been updates ever as far as I've been aware of its existence. But I still works on newer versions of Windows as far as I can tell.
