ESV audio continues to crash the app

I have Logos bible app running on an Samsung S4. Have the ESV bible with audio part that I bought. When the audio part is playing, it continually crashes the app. It's been going on now for a good while with several different updates and I've posted this bug before. Thanks for everything you guys are doing. Just a reminder so you can look into.

Sorry about the trouble. What version of the Logos app are you running, and what version of Android?

The next time a crash happens, please restart the app and go to the Help menu and tap "Report a Problem" so we can take a look at your device logs.

Android version 4.4.2

It just did it on 5/2 when I last opened the app. I'll send the log files today.

Is the ESV downloaded locally? Also, are there reading plans present in the section of the ESV where it crashes? Are you using Scrolling view or paging view?

Yes to all of the above questions and I am using the scrolling view, but if a remember right, it was doing which ever view I used at least on mine anyway.

I was about to report this - I have been having the same problem. Using the latest stable Verbum version (4.5), with scrolling view. For me, it ONLY crashes when I start switching to other apps. If I just use Verbum with Verbum active, it is stable. Shortly after I start switching over to some app it crashes, or I've also seen it crash when I switch back to Verbum if it's able to last a minute or two away from it.

I'll reproduce now and upload the logs.

New build version and listening to the ESV gold audio bible continues to make the app crash! I've sent another log file thru the app. I hope it can get looked at.
