Request: Open Note Files As Easily in Logos 6 as in iPad apps

I would like to be open notes document files in Logos 6 for Windows as easily as I can in the iPad apps such as Faithlife Study Bible and Bible! by Logos.

When adding a note in Logos 6, I need to open the note file separately before I can right-click in a Bible or other content and add a note.

In the iPad apps, I do a long screen press on the touch screen and pull up a dialog that allows me to select any of my 100 or so note files.  The ability to add a note is better in the iPad apps.  Can Logos 6 be enhanced to match (or exceed)?

Equivalent dialog from Logos 6 for Windows allows one to add a Private note to an open note file only.
