[resolved] Opening New Resources

I normally use a three column layout when I'm doing language work. I'd love to control where new resources (books) open when I open them from the library or the command box. I think that related resources open as new tabs near related resources, but for me, unrelated resources tend to open in my third column, exactly what I don't want. Is there a way to control this?
Thanks.

The only way to control where new tabs open is to open them by dragging them to the correct location rather than clicking on them.

Which isn't great news if you're a keyboard person.
Thanks Mark!
