I am either confused or something else. I have a new computer and I am trying to install Logos on it. Only to be sent in circles. Download the logos 6 engine. Only to be told you have that already. And back again......what do I need to do?
If you are signed in at the Core page for Logos 6, the installation links should appear at the bottom of the page.

The installation links should also be available by clicking on your order number for Logos 6 on your Orders page.
Normally to install Logos on a new computer you click on the installer link as Don indicated. After the installer installs Logos 6 you will sign in to your Logos account and Logos 6 will then download all your resources.
From your post is seems you've run the installer. Is that correct?
If so, did Logos open after installing? If it didn't, can you locate the program on your computer and start it?
Detailed installation instructions are here.
something must be missing in my computer. I have done all the things mentioned. Yet it will not load up?
All I have is six files in the start file for "Logos Setup-1,2,3,4,5,6 for the six times I have tried to install???
It might be best to call customer support during business hours.
I recommend you contact Tech Support as they can login to your computer and show you what is happening.
EDIT: just saw that 'bama had the same thought!
Great minds think alike. [:)]
Assuming you have a Windows computer, you could just open up the Control Panel and uninstall whatever Logos is currently installed. Then do a fresh install with the Logos setup.exe file.
If you aren't comfortable with that, talk with customer service as suggested. I just wanted to give you an option so you can try and get up and running sooner.
