ACK] BUG: note file opens not quite at the top

I am using 6.2 SR-1 (6.2.0.0043) on Windows 8.1 and have noticed this behaviour for a while though I don't recall when I started to see it (and whether it was different before). First, the open note in an open note file often drops out of focus when one switches to other windows in Logos. In other words, if I was typing in the text body of a note, leave it open and then say check something in another window, when I return to it, it is often closed. But the second behaviour is also a bit odd: when the individual note, arranged to be at the top (as in "newest created first"), collapses in compact mode when I switch to another window, I find that the scroll indicator is afterward a bit lower than the top entry and I need to scroll up a bit in order to reopen it.

Although I have observed this several times, for some reason, I cannot reproduce it just now. So perhaps there is some other attendant factor that I need to make note of. Next time it happens, I will endeavor to observe more carefully these circumstances. In the meantime, others may be able to point out whether this is something they have experienced as well.

Are you clicking on another panel in the same Logos window, or the window of an entirely different application? What do you mean "closed?" Do you mean the text box has stopped being editable and you have to click in the note body again to add more content, or is the whole panel closing?

I find that the scroll indicator is afterward a bit lower than the top entry and I need to scroll up a bit in order to reopen it.

So the note you were editing moves out of sight within the note panel?

If you can replicate the behavior please record it via Jing or some other screen recording software. There are a lot of details that may be in play that I'd want to observe to try to replicate here.

I meant collapsed (the content of the individual note are not visible, only the title appears along that of the other individual notes) instead of expanded (when the editable body is visible).

Yes.

It happened again and the strangest about it all, is that I have been going back and forth between the resource I read and the note files all day. Then all the sudden, as I return to the note file to type in further notes, I found that the note that I had been typing in all morning was collapsed and the window scrolled slightly below. Here are the pictures:

1. Here is how I found it when I returned from the resource window (Minor Works) to the note file. Observe how the notes are all collapsed, the one showing at the top is the one on Tacitus, and the scroll bar is almost at the top:

Now the second picture shows what I get when I scroll up. The entry I was working on remained actually open (expanded). I did not scroll all the way to the very top so as to be able to show where the Tacitus entry actually is in relation to the real top of the entries:

I have no idea what happened. As I said, it worked fine all morning and all the sudden, it was like that.
