This was an issue with Amazon's Cloudfront service, where the map image files are hosted. Seth, one of our devs, was able to go in and get it working again, so it should be good now. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for bringing it to our attention! Since it wasn't an error on our actual service, we didn't get the alerts we normally would.

I'm having the same issue on May 21, not May 13. Are you sure it was resolved with Amazon's Cloudfront service?

We had a problem with Atlas API that was resolved around the time you posted this morning (2:35am PDT). Are you still experiencing issues?
