[ACK] Bug RC2: Download notification remains after resources have been recovered

I had deleted some resources to test the scan command and received a download notification for the missing resources after restarting Logos (NO auto-download). The notification remained after recovering the resources.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change Auto-download Setting to NO if necessary
2. Ensure there is no download from the server
3. Exit Logos
4. Delete some resources i.e. move them to a folder
5. Restart Logos  ---> wait for download notification
6. Recover resources with scan command
7. Check that download size is same as Step 5
8. Notification won't disappear, so:-
1. change Auto-download Setting to YES; or
2. restart Logos

Further, the download would commence if I allowed it after Step 7.
