Why is QUARK in BHS in 2 Sam 17?

Sorry, this is not very important I guess, but just wondering ...

I did a search, for a random reason, to see what titles include "Quark". Many books touching on science and quantum physics here and there. But then a hit in BHS to 2 Sam 17.

I can see its the final "word" on the footnote. But does someone know what its saying or the meaning in that context?

I'm sure there is a simple answer, but I just don't know it.

OK - its seems that maybe its as simple as "quark" is a possible "meaning" for the Hebrew word that shows as "cheese" in ESV.
