Logos 4 Logos 3

Hi everyone,

My problem is this: I've purchased Logos 4 Platinum. But when installing it onto my PC, I get a message stating that it requires at least Service Pack 3 of XP. I only have Service Pack 2 and cannot download Service Pack 3 at this time due to software conflicts.

So, what I would like to know is: How do I at least download the resources I purchased with the Platinum Edition now so that I can use them with my Logos 3 until I can properly download Logos 4 at a later time?

It seems that I cannot download the resources until I first download Logos 4 - Is this correct? I hope not. . .

I spoke with customer service and it seems a solution is to download a script file, the solution page is here - http://www.logos.com/L4/support/Logos4Resources and it looks like the one you will need is - http://www.logos.com/media/update/ScholarsLibraryPlatinum%28LE%29AutoUpdate.lbxupd - I was told this will run for a really long time (6GB download!) so it would be best to run it overnight.
