Sorry but I see the problem but don't know the repair. For the benefit of others reading the post:
Error ID: 8311Error detail: BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'PresentationFramework-SystemXml, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.
This could be difficult to repair. If possible get in touch with Tech Support (Skype is one way) as they can better advise you or even get onto your computer to diagnose it.
