I would like to make a suggestion regarding the way that Layouts are synced (i.e.; "snapshots").
I
would like to suggest adding an option (or several options) to turn off
the automatic "snapshot" feature in Layouts and instead have a setting to auto-sync (i.e.: auto-snapshot) ONLY saved layouts.
Now, when
this new option to auto-sync (i.e.: auto-snapshot) only the saved Layouts is chosen, then
only the Layout currently being used should be synced or auto-snapshot-ed. It should not auto-snapshot the other saved layouts because that would mess everything up in
the other saved layouts.
I really have no use at all
for the layouts feature to do an automatic "snapshot" every few
minutes. I just end up with a bunch of useless "snapshots" that I
never go back to.
BUT - if the program could be set to sync (i.e.: auto-snapshot) only the layout that I'm using (at any given moment) - now that would be much more useful to me, because I have several layouts - each for doing different things, and those are the only ones I am interested in keeping "synced".
