Upon deleting the untitled guides templates and restarting Logos, they all reappear.

I can't reproduce this. Could you please include some logs from launching the app after they've been deleted, and them being there again?
What have reappeared are untitled Guide templates. Right click on the template name in the left hand column to delete them. If that is what you did, then you've found a bug. Please edit the title of your post to begin with BUG: to bring it to the attention of Faithlife. The edit function under More in the upper right allows you to edit the title.

Hmm. I still can't reproduce this, and I don't see anything obvious in the logs. I'll pass them along to development, hopefully they can track it down.
The only thing that did stand out to me is that your LogosError log files are filled with sync/network errors. Do you have any trouble accessing web-enabled features in Logos? Things like Atlas, Visual Copy?
I have not noticed any problems accessing web-enabled features in Logos.

There are sync errors on Guides documents and Guides Templates, so you should contact Tech Support if the problem still exists.
