[closed] Advice on using notes. Linking with other documents.

As I was studying Romans 8:1, I did a couple of word studies on how Paul used different words for "therefore" and "condemnation."  I ended up putting my findings (personal notes, Bible reference lists, passages, lexicon entries and commentary excerpts) in the note for this verse then linked the note to all the Romans passages that contain these words, but then thought that I would want to refer to this as I do other book studies as well. But where to put it?

How would you handle this?
