[ACK] BUGS: 2 minor issues updating to 6.3

1) After clicking to install, I went to Safari or Thunderbird. When I checked back after quite some time, Logos hadn't fully loaded, but was sitting idle (?) showing a relatively small square blue Logos 6 window I haven't seen before. I tried clicking on it, and it proceeded to open normally after that.

2) Instead of opening the existing dock icon, like all previous updates have done, it opened a brand new duplicate dock icon, forcing me to remove the old and move the new into its place.

(Sorry, my mind was on checking if the "Preparing your library" window from Preparing your library every time? was still showing up, so I did an immediate restart and forgot about logs. (Once again, you really should save more than just one set of logs! It would make life so much easier for both us and you!))

#1: I'm really not sure what this could be from your description, and I haven't heard of something similar happening. Not sure how/if we can diagnose it at this point, but I'll make a note of it.

#2: This is a known change in the framework due to the change in update process. It's been fixed in the 6.4 Beta, along with the need for an alias (the small black arrow on the dock icon).
