When opening Logos 6 I receive this error

Hi Graham, when opening Logos I receive the error. That is before the software is open. Logos then closes.I have no idea how to retrieve the logs with this issue

Jonathan,

It appears to me that you have a corrupted database here: C:\Users\Johno Goosen\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\mjgtpbij.nsq\LibraryCatalog\catalog.db

If you delete that database (catalog.db) and restart Logos it should take a bit of time for Logos to rebuild that database, but hopefully that will fix the problem.

That is not the problem; it is more likely to be caused by a corrupt resource.

I would recommend calling Customer Service for assistance.

Greetings from 2024, Mark. Your tip really helped me to get Logos up and running again without having to reinstall everything. Incidentally, the current path is:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\x3nnpmxc.ii2\LibraryCatalog > catalog.db

Delete > Wait > Restart logos > Done
