I had to cancel a download due to time constraints. Is there an opportunity to download it again and if so what must I do to initialize it again?

Use the command update now. You may need to restart the app and/or your computer first.

As Alabama pointed out, "update now" will start the download again. For others who might be wondering, restarting the application will also allow the download to start again.
