    Sorry to see you are having problems.

    I can't see anything obvious in the log to pinpoint the problem - but I do see you are running a very old version of Logos SW (four years old).

    Many downloading issues have been addressed since then - I suggest you upgrade to the free Logos 6 engine (available at https://www.logos.com/install) and see if that helps

    You should at least allow the program to update from v4.2 to v4.6c. But your machine can run v.6

    Kill the Indexer and update Logos 4 or enjoy a free update to Logos 6
