(Unresolved) Crash - Freeze - Hang

I get a grey pinwheel, and then nothing when I put a word in the Morphology Charts feature in Interactive Media. I read that you guys could fix that for me.

You put this in the Logos 5 forum but reference a Logos 6 feature. May I ask that this be moved to the Logos 6 forum? Unfortunately this is a Mac problem - I speak PC.

On a more serious note: Do you have any internet connection issues? I found this error several time in your LogosError.log. I am by no stretch of the imagination an expert with logs. Hopefully someone with more expertise will arrive soon.

Do you have Greek or Hebrew keyboard you're using, or are you using the "g:XXX" or "h:XXX" (where XXX=a transliteration of the Greek or Hebrew word)?

My wifi seems to be working fine. No problems anywhere else.
