Anyone know of a way to edit or delete a community note posted to a faithlife group?
Hi,
I need to either edit or delete a community note posted to a faithlife group. I am unaware of how to do so in mobile, internet, or desktop.
The situation was that I wasn't connected when I tried to post a community note from the desktop; by the time I was connected, I was in a different passage (which also had a community note attached.) When I clicked on the community note that was already posted, the reference in the note I was trying to post changed...so my note posted to the incorrect passage.
I am surprised that there doesn't appear to be a way to at the very least delete the note I created. Contextually the note doesn't make any sense at all when it's attached to the current verse.
Make sense?
Suggestions? Obviously I can add a comment under the note saying, "oops," but it would be way cleaner just to get rid of it.

This has happened to me several times....

But there is:
EDIT: It seems, though, someone took it away from the faithlife.com website:
I think this was possible there - and it should be (re-)introduced there, again.

Unfortunately, because my note posted to the same passage as a previous community note, the two notes take up all the vertical space. The result is that I only get 3 menu lines after clicking the more (***) button; so there is no "delete" option listed. There is no scroll either.
Looks like I found a bug.

Jim,
you may want to check the functionality of the delete button I showed - on further investigation, for me it works for replies to a CN, but not for the CN itself (even though I affirm the javascript question whether I want to delete the 'post'). Using Chrome, if that matters.
