Running Logos 6.3 on Mac 10.10.3. The new blue notification indicator that is part of 6.3 never goes away, even after restarting. Am I missing something?
Are you positive these aren't new updates? If so, post logs.
They may be new updates, but they never update (no matter how many times I restart). If I post logs, what am I posting logs of? Startup?
There is only one type of log files that I am aware. Click the appropriate link in Alabama24's signature block and it will take you to the instructions, either Mac or PC.
Thanks. I know how to capture logs and upload them, but I am not sure what part of the functionality of Logos I am supposed to be capturing logs for. Start-up only? Since this is a persistent issue, I'm not sure what the logs will show.
