[closed] Factbook on context menu? and Context menu empty

1. I highlight the name of someone in the Lexham Bible Dictionary who is in the Factbook as a person (Sennacherib), and I do not see a way to bring up the person with the "person" entry on the right side. Is this tagging LBD does not have? I can right click on Sennacherib in AYBD and I have a "person" line on the right side of the context menu.

2. Note in both pictures below, showing the person entry for AYBD and not LBD, that the left side context menu is largely empty. You can see in the one, the pie plate spins for a long time. What's going on do you think?

AYBD is not tagged by Faithlife for <Person> and I see that name as a Community tag that brings up <Person Sennacherib> in a search, but the only way to get results is under Community Tags in a Basic Search.

I can't explain what you are seeing.

LBD:

LBD is not tagged by Faithlife for <Person>. You are seeing the reference to ADRAMMELECH as the heading under which Sennacherib appears (the top word is the actual Selection you have made). I get the same "spin" effect sometimes as it is attempting a lookup via Power Lookup.

The other ADRAMMELECH is the Headword (text) which can be used in a Search.
