[resolved] Using tags in Personal notes

There is the ability to add tags to Notes, which seems as if it would allow you to set up multiple search terms for a note.  However I don't seem to be able to find out how to search on them, and so that raises the fundamental question, what was the design intent.  I can't figure it out.

This program badly needs multiple search terms for personal notes that actually work in the search function.  It is like using keywords in Lightroom and Photoshop, tags in comments in iTunes, or tags in Pocket app on your phone.  Modern search is built around the idea of classifying it many different ways, and this product seems stuck on an old paradigm of one subject for each note which makes it very awkward.  Hardly any not will apply to just one subject.
