[resolved] bug: notes not displaying

This morning I was going to insert a note to a note file I often use, but when I opened the note file it was blank (and it turns out that all my note files are blank). When I tried to add the note from the Scripture reference, it did nothing. When I tried to add it with the "Add note" button, that didn't do anything either. The notes are intact at documents.logos.com (including the blank notes that I added this morning but couldn't see). I can also hover over the note icons in the text and see the content that way, but cannot open the note to edit.
I thought maybe I had something typed in the search box that wasn't turning up any results, but there was nothing there.
I have restarted Logos, and that didn't help either.
Any ideas? Logs attached.

What note documents are blank? If you go to documents.logos.com, and click on the note documents the few I looked at all looked correct. Does what you see in the app reflect what you see there?

All the note documents I've opened are blank. I haven't opened every single last one, but just sampled a few recent ones and a few older ones, and I get nothing in the app. On documents.logos.com, it's all there, but in the app nothing at all shows up.
I'm including two screenshots – one from documents.logos.com and the other from the app on my Mac.

After a long time of sync arrows spinning, I got an error message saying "An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again." I clicked and within seconds, it stopped spinning and the same error message came up. I restarted the app. Notes still aren't showing up. I'm now trying the sync repair once again FWIW.

Sync repair completed successfully, but still no notes showing up.

Any more thoughts on this?

Well, I called tech support and then figured it out myself while I was on the line. Expanding the size of my window allowed me to see that "quotes" was selected instead of "full," "compact," or "split." That was an easy fix!
I guess the problem was due to a long note document title covering up that menu (on Mac anyway). My suggestion would be to put the menu over top of the title.
